The Heny Sison Culinary School began by conducting Lifestyle Classes, which are mostly one-day-long workshops or lecture-demo classes on a number of select cooking and baking techniques. We repeat certain Lifestyle Classes every month or every other month, depending on the feedback from our students. Through time, we have continually added new and interesting Lifestyle Classes to stay abreast with food trends and developments. If you’re looking for a fun, informative way to master certain culinary methods, our Lifestyle Classes may be for you.

Learn how to make home-made fresh artisanal pasta for filling.
Recipes: Cannelloni Agli Spinaci, Tortellini ai Quattro Formaggi, Green Agnolotti (big Ravioli) in pink sauce, Ravioli Primavera, Maccheroni al Forno (Original Bake Maccheroni) and new style cooking pasta Risottata (fusilli pasta cooked risotto style).

Demonstration with student participation. Includes apron. Please bring a hand towel and food containers.




Italian Pizza Class Workshop I

December 7, 2017, Thursday

3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

In this class, you will learn the history, concept, and design of pizza making. Learn how to make pizza dough, tomato base sauce, white sauce base: preparation, set up a pizza counter, know the ingredients and toppings.  Recipes: Pizza Margherita, Pizza Alla Napoletana, Pizza Picantina, Pizza Agli Asparagi, Pizza ai Quattro Formaggi, Pizza Quattro Stagioni, Pizza Vegetariana, La Gibiana Pizza, Pizza Gorgonzola Cipolle, Pizza Calzone Farcito & Pizza ai Frutti de Mare.

Fresh Pasta Workshop

Learn how to make fresh flavored fresh pasta 8 colors: ivory, green, white, black, brown, yellow, red and light blue, all natural ingredients.
Learn home style Italian sauces like carbonara, puttanesca, pesto, bolognese, and seafood.
