Our Story
Who We Are
Driven by founder Heny Sison’s sheer love for the craft and sharing her passion with others, we formally established a school of Cake Decorating and Baking in 1985. We were born from humble beginnings, from a converted garage where friends and neighbors would drop by to take classes. Since then, the school has expanded its course offerings to a significantly wider range of culinary and lifestyle programs. In 2003, we have eventually renamed to the Heny Sison Culinary School, now a nationally recognized, full-fledged culinary institution.
We are a boutique school, a specialized culinary enterprise that is brimming with inspiration and integrity. Being so, we ensure that our teaching methods are highly personalized by maintaining an intimate, student-centered, and fun-loving learning environment.
We take pride in the fact that many of our graduates come back to us with stories of success, as they become business entrepreneurs and chefs on their own, making waves domestically and internationally.

Going beyond just refining the necessary skill sets required in the culinary field, we are committed to providing people with a lifetime objective—on setting visions to always looking forward, deepening understanding, and broadening horizons. These are the standards that we uphold. We ensure that all our courses are on par with the best and that our curriculum is constantly updated.
We want to teach you how to create environments that spark connections, by bringing people together through food. In the process of learning, you will appreciate what you can create in the kitchen, with a passion.
What We Offer
