Glenn Remorca

Glenn, who is an avid gardener and a member of the Philippine Orchid Society, revels in the fact that he can use his extensive floral knowledge to add a magical touch to his designs. As a professional florist, he has a roster of clients that includes notable Filipino celebrities. Glenn still continues to do wedding decorations and events organizing today.

It was in one wedding event that he met Chef Heny Sison, and Glenn marveled at the way Heny breathed life into her cake designs. Since then, the two have collaborated in many wedding occasions. Heny invited Glenn to our school to teach about flower trade and design. “Teaching at the Heny Sison Culinary School exposed me to a lot of things connected to floristry and cakes. It was a happy mix of two worlds that I relish and love. It’s a very delicate and fragile endeavor.”
