Essentials Program

If you’re interested in a more in-depth culinary experience, our Essentials Program is a great start. 

We offer two Certification programs — the Baking and Pastry Arts Series (EBPS), and the Cooking Series (ECS). 

Learn from our acclaimed instructors and industry experts in an intensive 23 or 24-day hands-on techniques-based curriculum designed to equip you with the culinary skills needed for a career in the food industry.

Every course ends with a culminating event or the graduation, where students will get to prepare all the meals for a celebratory lunch or dinner. The Silver Spoon Award is given to outstanding students who have shown a passion for pursuing excellence and growth throughout the course.

Graduates of the Essentials Program can likewise be recommended to hotels and restaurants for an apprenticeship.
