Our 23-day hands-on Essentials of Cooking series will soak and infuse you with culinary concepts, skills, techniques, sanitation, and safety practices. Cook with confidence—learn how to work your pans and skillfully handle your knives. The Essentials of Cooking series will teach you to apply all these and more to recipes from all over the world, exposing you not just to cuisine but to tastes and textures. Expand this knowledge and round up your experience with a dabble in a little bit of dessert making. This course is for those who want to pursue a culinary education and explore and understand the career options available in the food and beverage industry. It is also suitable for those seeking experience in restaurants or hotels and aspiring restaurateurs who envision putting up their own food enterprises in the future
