DESCRIPTION
Sweet, light, and deliciously refreshing, these festive Filipino desserts are perfect for anytime snack, merienda, or even after meals. These traditional Filipino favorites have the characteristics of Southeast Asian flavors. Some are made with jelly, sweetened fruits, and coconut cream, and meat; these desserts are quite a load in terms of ingredients but they’re not that difficult to make. One only needs patience and a discerning taste. Learn how to create these colorful light sweets as Chef Patty Loanzon teaches you the tricks in this live online class. She will be demonstrating how to make refreshing Buko Pandan, colorful Cathedral Window, Classic White Salad, mouthwatering Maja Blanca, and a very inviting Ginataang Halo-Halo.
Also available in online class.
CLASS FORMAT: LIVE
On-site classes are short recipe classes done in real-time, conducted here in our school, and scheduled on Philippine Standard Time. Each session is guided by our chef instructor and can last for a maximum of 4 to 6 hours.
